Terms of participation
Services on participation in the Global Invention Forum in Cyprus include:*
— Participation of 1 representative in the International scientific-practical conference on relevant issues of the invention, patent-licensing activities and innovative activity and the business program of the Forum;
— Participation of 1 project in the International exhibition of intellectual property or intellectual property designations: inventions, computer programs, databases and industrial samples, trademarks and brand names – products and services manufactured under the proper trademark (brand), logotypes, corporate identity;
— Placement of the information about 1 exhibit in Catalogue of the Forum (up to 10 lines, font Times New Roman, size 12);
— Participation of 1 representative in the International scientific-practical conference on relevant issues of the invention, patent-licensing activities and innovative activity and the business program of the Forum;
— Participation of 1 project in the International exhibition of intellectual property or intellectual property designations: inventions, computer programs, databases and industrial samples, trademarks and brand names – products and services manufactured under the proper trademark (brand), logotypes, corporate identity;
— Placement of the information about 1 exhibit in Catalogue of the Forum (up to 10 lines, font Times New Roman, size 12);
— Participation package: 1 badge of the Forum participant which enables the participation in all the events of the Forum Business Program**, 1 Catalogue of the Forum, 1 Program of the Forum, 1 diploma of the Forum participant, informational and promotional materials;
— The opportunity to present the project in the form of open presentation on the respective platform of the Forum determined by the organisers;
— Participation of 1 project in the competition in the respective nomination;
— Participation of 1 representative of participating organization in the Official Award Ceremony.

* It is possible to purchase additionally an exposition place (booth) at the Forum venue (additional fee to be charged). 1 booth includes: 1 table, 2 chairs, fascial board, electricity).

For participants who paid their participation in Forum until June 30th, 2023 a special discount of 10% applies. In order to attract potential investors and partners for your projects, please provide the information about the projects in advance.
